High resilience and high torque
The finite ST miniature guide is designed with two tracks in the Gothic profile. The contact angle of the balls is 45 degrees, which means that the load capacity is the same from all sides. The mono block enables larger rolling elements (balls) which in turn allows a higher load and a higher torque.
Double block design
The ST miniature guide is designed with a pair of blocks, thanks to this design, the system is very resistant to impacts and shocks.
High travel speed with smooth running
The steel balls of the miniature guide are not designed with a ball return. This construction results in excellent running behavior, smooth running with high accuracy. No vibration of the system.
Easy construction
The ST miniature guide rail is installed through the guide carriage. The fastening screws can be passed through the carriage and fastened from there. The fastening has no influence on the preload, since this is generated by the ball sorting.
Temperatures
The ST miniature guide can be used up to 150 ºC. There are two additional options for higher temperature inserts.
T1 ： 200 ° C
T2 ： 300 ° C
Use at higher temperatures reduces the load capacity
ST miniature completely rustproof
The components carriage, guide rail and balls are made of hardened stainless steel. All other components are made of stainless steel.
