The fine-adjustable rack and pinion mechanism enables secure retraction and regulated adjustment, providing comfortable and reliable handling. Thanks to a large selection of blades in various shapes and sizes, with teeth or blunt, the August Reuchlen-System can be quickly and flexible adapted to the individual anatomy of the patient. These features make the McCulloch-Set economical, universal and particularly efficient in everyday clinical practice.
