A culture of innovation sets the framework for how employees – and especially managers – promote, demand, initiate and implement improvements and innovations. Young people in particular want and need a culture of innovation. The medical technology industry has also recognized this.
The desire: to create the basis for a culture of innovation through an interdisciplinary exchange. The training is a result of the vision process for medical technology in southwest Germany. It provides professional impulses, enables discussion as well as individual reflection and learning transfer.
