GS1 DataMatrix

Each instrument is directly marked with GS1 DataMatrix code using a special laser (GTIN and LOT or serial number). The coding meets the regulatory FDA requirements of the UDI (Unique Device Identification). We rely on a validated labeling process with the latest laser technology. This enables corrosion-resistant marking on the instrument. This ensures the legibility of the marking on our instruments over the entire service life.

Validated final cleaning

AS instruments are perfect in terms of surface technology. With validated and systematized automatic core processes, the surface is completely free of production residues (in accordance with ISO 13485).
