Your tasks:
- Support the department manager in the orderly, smooth and effective production process
- Operations planning, scheduling and control of systems and production resources
- Continuous improvement and monitoring of defined processes
- Checking and ensuring the operating condition of the systems
- Ensuring defined quality specifications such as ongoing in-process controls
- Reporting and documentation
- Close coordination with the department head
- Training and induction of employees as well as conducting regular feedback discussions
- Participation in the integration of new production technologies
- Checking and ensuring the operating condition of the systems as well as the safety standards
Your profile:
- Proven professional experience as a deputy. Head of department or in a relevant managerial position
- Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
- Knowledge and experience in the medical technology industry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Service-oriented work in a team
