Your tasks:
- Creation of project plans, their visualization and implementation
- Permanent assurance of the project specifications and the correct processes
- Elaboration and implementation of improvement suggestions and rationalization measures
- Controlling and participation in make-or-buy decisions by arrangement
- Participation in decisions on the implementation of new products in Plant D10
- Initiating and ensuring as well as participating in the creation and checking of specifications, work instructions, work plans, measurement reports, FMEA, QVP, FAT, SAT and other project-related tasks
- Evaluation and, if necessary, release of pilot series with development
- Participation in the creation of FMEAs and their remedial measures
- Ensuring the commissioning of the systems including injection molding tools and the correct creation of the setting parameters according to the products and the validation releases
- Ensuring all project-relevant approvals internally and externally
- Ensuring necessary peripherals in the project phase
your profile
- Apprenticeship as a business administrator / master craftsman / technician or study in the field of production engineering
- Experience in the field of manufacturing medical technology products
- Experience in the field of injection molding and its implementation
- Experience in the field of automation and injection molding tool design
